Artist Statement
"How do we exist, survive, alter, adapt, grow and evolve in the spaces (roles, environments, relationships, situations) we are given?" I take empty spaces (paper, canvas, books, walls, objects) and transform them into compositions that answer this question. My artwork ranges from abstract use of art elements to realistic paintings and narrative mixed media.
